CAVEATS & WITHDRAWALS OF CAVEATS

Are you concerned about a spouse or partner selling a property or raising a mortgage without your consent?

A caveat may help you protect your potential interest in the property, even if you are not on title. Aberdeen Lawyers can also remove caveats from your title that have been improperly lodged.

PREPARATION OF AND ADVICE ON SECTION 32

If you are selling your home and need preparation of a Section 32, Aberdeen Lawyers can assist.

Unqualified conveyancers often leave out important information and omit searches in a Section 32 document that can leave you legally exposed.

A saving of a few hundred dollars on an improperly handled s32 is immaterial when compared to the tens of thousands of dollars you may lose if you are sued or have unanticipated problems with your new real estate purchase.
